We are looking for a proactive and business-minded Manager who can lead teams, drive sales, manage operations, and contribute to our digital growth and online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Management & Leadership

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate team members

Monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations

Maintain a disciplined, professional, and high-performing team culture

  1. Customer Relationship Management

Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and online

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales service

Build long-term relationships with premium and repeat customers

  1. Sales & Business Growth

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Plan sales campaigns, promotions, and special offers

Analyze sales performance and prepare management reports

  1. Operations & Store Management

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow

Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and store appearance

Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

  1. Inventory & Product Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment

Ensure proper handling of high-value and branded products

Minimize stock loss, damage, and discrepancies

  1. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Coordinate and support social media marketing activities (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Work with the digital team to promote new arrivals, campaigns, and offers

Monitor online customer inquiries, messages, and reviews

Support e-commerce operations, order processing, and customer follow-ups

Analyze basic digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)

Suggest digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and online sales

  1. Brand & Marketing Execution

Ensure consistent brand representation across offline and online platforms

Assist in photoshoots, content planning, and campaign execution

Support influencer and collaboration campaigns when required

  1. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports

Coordinate with head office, marketing, and supply chain teams

  1. Process Improvement & Compliance

Identify operational gaps and propose improvements

Ensure discipline, ethical conduct, and compliance with company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or branded stores

Experience in managing teams and store operations

Core Skills

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer-handling ability

Sales-driven and result-oriented mindset

Technical & Digital Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

Understanding of Facebook & Instagram promotions

Ability to analyze basic digital reports and sales data

Familiarity with POS systems and e-commerce operations (preferred)
