Role Description

This full-time on-site IT Manager role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The IT Manager will oversee the implementation, management, and maintenance of IT systems to support organizational needs. Key responsibilities include ensuring the reliability and security of IT infrastructure, managing system upgrades, handling disaster recovery processes, and supporting software and hardware installations. The role involves team management, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring adherence to data security protocols, and working closely with other departments to align IT with business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in IT systems management, network administration, and information security
  • Experience in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions, disaster recovery processes, and system upgrades
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to manage technical challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecommunication infrastructure or related industries is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and data security compliance requirements
