Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a Manager (Operations and Sales) at Shayan Resort. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and meeting business revenue goals. Additional duties involve monitoring budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills
  • Sales strategy development, client relationship management, and negotiation expertise
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site hospitality environment
  • Experience in the hospitality or resort industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
