The center is staffed by a team of globally recognized psychiatrists, promising young professionals, and expert psychotherapists for an integrated approach to mental health care.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Publish job circulars and manage applications for
onboarding processes
.


•
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on required skills, experience, and certifications.


•
Conduct initial interviews and schedule technical/clinical assessments with senior staff.


•
Verify references and previous employment histories.


• Manage employee records, attendance, and leave.


• Assist in performance appraisals and HR compliance.


• Handle staff queries and support employee engagement.


• Identify staff training needs in coordination with supervisors.


• Organize training sessions and maintain training records.


• Support initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention.


• Handle grievances and escalate issues when required.


• Assist in policy development and HR documentation.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's/Master's in HRM/Business Administration.


• 1–3 years of HR experience (internship experience may be considered).


• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office; HR software knowledge is a plus.
