Job Overview
:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team at TechnoNext Software Limited. As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, supporting key functions like employee records management, Performance Management and payroll processing. You will collaborate with the HR team to help streamline processes and ensure smooth operational workflows within the company.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in managing HR processes such as employee record updates.
  • Help with maintaining employee databases and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist in coordinating evaluation activities including scheduling meetings and maintaining employee performance records.
  • Support payroll administration by verifying hours and employee details for accuracy.
  • Assist with HR reporting, preparing metrics, and helping the team analyze HR data.
  • Contribute to the execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as per need.

Qualifications
:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR operations and a passion for learning about HR functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
