Our goal is to empower learners through accessible education that helps them grow personally and professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data.
  • Handle staff communication and resolve basic HR-related issues.
  • Support management in implementing company policies.
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings or training sessions.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation when required.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree /
    Running students can apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of HR management principles.
  • Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.
  • Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative work is a plus.
