Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data.
- Handle staff communication and resolve basic HR-related issues.
- Support management in implementing company policies.
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings or training sessions.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation when required.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree /
Running students can apply - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of HR management principles.
- Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative work is a plus.
