Tour Planner

Job Summary:

SolasTrip is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Tour Planner to design, coordinate, and manage travel itineraries and tour experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, understands customer needs, and excels at creating seamless, engaging travel plans.

Key Responsibilities:

·    Design and plan customized tour packages based on client preferences and budget

·    Research destinations, attractions, accommodations, transport, and local experiences

·    Coordinate bookings (flights, hotels, transportation, guides, etc.)

·    Manage end-to-end itinerary creation and updates

·    Provide destination insights, travel advice, and documentation support (visas, insurance, etc.)

·    Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments

·    Monitor travel trends and customer feedback to optimize tour offerings

Required Qualifications:

·    Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

·    2+ years of experience in travel planning, tour operations, or related roles

·    Familiarity with global travel destinations and travel logistics

·    Strong written and verbal communication skills

·    Proficiency in travel planning tools and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace)

·    Ability to multitask under pressure and manage multiple itineraries

·    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

·    Language proficiency (especially in major tourist languages) is a plus

·    Knowledge of travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage
