The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch

Responsibilities

  • As a Manager, you have a responsibility to communicate with foreign Institutes (especially with the UK Universities) as well as international students and branch offices and foreign branch offices of EN GlobalEducation Limited. Also, you have clear knowledge about various international courses, fees, scholarships, entry requirements, admission process and application presentation and Student admission guideline. You will be responsible to respond UK Universities and to student queries, identify genuine and potential students for our foreign institutes, better customer service, follow up the Officers, follow up with students, check student's eligibility.
  • You will be responsible for organizing weekly meetings and performance reviews of your fellow team members.
  • Research and update foreign Educational Institutes, especially UK Universities.
  • Need to attend Training with the foreign Institutes and UK Universities.
  • Arrange training schedules with the foreign Institutes and UK Universities.
  • Provide consultancy services to students.
  • Communicate and follow up with the countrywide branch offices and foreign branch offices of EN Global Education Limited.
  • Communicate with foreign Institutes.
  • Handling inquiries and student counselling for the UK.
  • Maintaining student files, inquiries, applications, and visa process.
  • Handling applicant's paperwork.
  • Planning and executing events, fairs, and promotional activities.
  • Assist the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager in a variety of tasks related to Business Development and Office Operations
  • Preparing presentations for different educational organizations as a senior Management Staff
  • As we mainly provide consultancy services you are required to show the highest professionalism and show real interest and passion to our client
  • Manage daily operations
  • Oversee multiple personnel
  • Help with onboarding and training
  • Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
  • Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
  • Hire and train all employees of the branch

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience
  • Proficiency in student counseling and the admission process
  • Knowledge of visa regulations and experience with visa procurement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related fie

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent .

  • 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience hiring and training individuals
  • UK Student counselling experience
