Role Summary:

We seek a driven Destination Manager to manage and grow our UK operations.You will be the brand ambassador on the ground, responsible for developing and maintaining our portfolio of UK educational products and partnerships. Your focus will be on enhancing our presence and ensuring we provide a best-in-class selection of university options and student support services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with a network of UK-based universities and educational institutions.

· Portfolio Management: Curate and maintain a high-quality, diverse portfolio of academic programs and services for the UK destination.

· Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and gaps in our UK offerings.

· Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment and meet targets for the UK market.

· Student Support: Oversee the student experience for the UK destination, ensuring high satisfaction and acting as a point of escalation for complex issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the education sector .

· Proven ability to negotiate contracts and build strong, long-term professional relationships.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Deep understanding of the UK higher education system, visa processes, and the needs of international students.

· Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a results-oriented mindset.
