Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and design domestic & international tour packages.

  2. Supervise tour operations and coordinate with vendors/hotels/transport.

  3. Maintain relations with travel agents, hotels, airlines, and service providers.

  4. Manage a team of tour executives; provide training and performance oversight.

  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints or escalations.

  6. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

  7. Prepare costings, quotations, and profit margins.

  8. Ensure quality control and timely service delivery.

  9. Support in product innovation and seasonal offers.

  10. Prepare itineraries, costing, and quotations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tour operations.

  2. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

  3. Excellent communication (Bangla & English) and leadership ability.

  4. Sound knowledge of destinations, visa procedures, and costing.
