We are searching for a motivated
Accountant
to take ownership of our finance and inventory operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility and proactively gets involved in the financial heartbeat of a growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day financial entries in our accounting system
  • Keep ledgers accurate, reconcile bank accounts, and deliver monthly reports
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and collections smoothly
  • Assist with payroll, VAT/Tax, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies
  • Track medicine & supply stock levels, record purchases, and reconcile inventory
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to prevent shortages and reduce cost leakages
  • Forecast cash flows to support better decision-making
  • Support audit and financial statement preparation as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business (CA/ICMA partly qualified is a plus)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role preferred
  • Strong MS Excel skills; comfortable adapting to ERP systems
  • Independent, detail-focused, and reliable — able to manage the full finance cycle with minimal supervision

Compensation:
BDT 30,000 per month
