Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Day-to-day tasks include communication with clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, monitoring account performance, and preparing reports on account status.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
