Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Manager, Accounts. The responsibilities include managing accounting activities, preparing financial statements and reports, overseeing tax filings, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Manager, Accounts will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as leading and mentoring the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax Filing skills
  • Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
