We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Executive (Accounts) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and hands-on experience in financial record management, reporting, and reconciliation.

Position Overview:

  • Title: Executive (Accounts)
  • Vacancy: 01
  • Job Level: Entry-Level

Experience Required:

  • 2 to 4 years in a relevant accounting or finance role
  • Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
  • Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage cash transactions, petty cash, and bank dealings efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely bill collection and disbursement of payments.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Support management in preparing periodic financial summaries and analyses.
  • Carry out any other accounting or finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities when required.
