Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, developing account strategies, handling client communications, and resolving client issues. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project delivery and identify opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience in developing and executing account strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the specified industry is a plus
