We are looking for a proactive and dynamic
Senior Executive - Brand & Communications
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and execute branding and communications strategies across multiple projects simultaneously.


• Develop, design, and market content (digital, print, events, PR) aligned with GPEL's business goals.


• Create visually appealing marketing materials and presentations using Canva and other tools.


• Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and campaigns to strengthen brand presence.


• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team for product promotions and market outreach.


• Work with B2B partners to ensure consistent and impactful communication.


• Ensure documented and organized content management aligned with brand guidelines.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, p ding insights for continuous improvement.


• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for design, production, and campaign execution.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).


• Proven experience in branding, communications, or marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).


• Hands-on skills in Canva (designing social media posts, decks, brochures, etc.).


• Excellent presentation and event management abilities.


• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Bangla).


• Creative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into impactful campaigns.
