We Are Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive – TAFE Operations

BuildNation is seeking a motivated and well-organized professional to support our TAFE (Technical and Further Education) operations in Bangladesh in partnership with SMTAFE, Western Australia. We are looking for someone who believes in empowering students and building pathways to global opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Support student recruitment through inquiry handling, counseling, and application processing

* Assist marketing activities including campaigns, social media coordination, and education fairs

* Perform TAFE-related administrative tasks including documentation, compliance, and reporting

* Maintain and update student records and ensure timely communication with applicants

* Coordinate with TAFE partners, training institutions, and internal departments for seamless program delivery

* Assist in organizing seminars, outreach initiatives, campus activations and institutional collaborations

* Prepare operational and performance reports, contributing to process improvement

* Provide professional service and follow-up to ensure student satisfaction

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline

* Experience in education consultancy, marketing, or administrative roles will be highly preferred

* Strong communication skills in Bangla and English

* Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms

* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
