Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - Legal & Credit Documentations located in Dhaka. The Senior Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, and handling property law and conveyancing matters. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, providing legal support for credit documentation, and managing legal risks associated with property transactions.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong skills in Law, Legal Document Preparation, and Legal Advice
  • Experience in Property Law and Conveyancing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
