Open Positions:

1.    Senior Executive, HR & Admin

2.    Deputy Manager, HR & Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR & Admin operations.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure smooth administrative support and office management.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • For
    Senior Executive
    : Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR & Admin.
  • For
    Deputy Manager
    : Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR & Admin experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office &
    HR software/HRIS tools, payroll systems, and data analysis tools
    .
  • Policy development and strategic HR planning skills.
