Senior HR Executive
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Type: Full-time
We're looking for a Senior HR Executive who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll play a key role in shaping team culture, refining processes, and building a healthy, scalable HR infrastructure that supports our fast-paced growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to final selection while maintaining alignment with SOPs.
-Prepare employment contracts, job descriptions, and onboarding kits for smooth transitions.
-Ensure that new hires clearly understand the company's values, expectations, and team culture.
-Keep the Employee Handbook updated and in sync with current policies and practices.
-Act as the go-to person for HR queries, concerns, and compliance with labor laws.
-Handle grievances and disciplinary matters with discretion and fairness.
-Drive engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and internal events to boost team spirit and collaboration.
-Coordinate performance review cycles, including annual, quarterly, and 360° reviews.
-Collaborate with department heads to ensure performance systems are meaningful and actionable.
-Monitor employee performance trends and assist in planning relevant training programs.
-Evaluate and improve compensation structures and benefit programs.
-Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
-Introduce and promote benefits that support well-being and work-life balance.
-Develop and enforce HR policies that ensure compliance and fairness.
-Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company policies reflect labor law updates.
-Identify training needs and roll out development programs across teams.
-Promote continuous learning, career growth, and internal mobility initiatives.
-Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure data accuracy for payroll and reporting.
-Generate monthly HR reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
-Take ownership of HR improvement projects, system rollouts, and internal audits.
What We're Looking For
-2 to 3 years of experience in a generalist or strategic HR role.
-Solid understanding of HR operations, labor law, and modern people practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
-A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for building great teams and great culture.
