Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, driving strategic initiatives, and leading teams to achieve business objectives. This role involves significant interaction with various departments, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of tasks. The Senior Executive will also be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Project Management skills
  • Strategic Planning, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in the textile and garment industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Bengali
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
