Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing project development processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Generate new prospects and achieve individual sales targets for flats and land projects.
  • Conduct direct sales, corporate sales, and NRB (Non-Resident Bangladeshi) sales.
  • Provide detailed project information, explain offerings, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Assist in preparing booking documents, payment schedules, allotment letters, and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and documentation as per company policy.
  • Support after-sales formalities and ensure smooth client service.
  • Research and analyze market opportunities to identify potential prospects.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the departmental head.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall departmental objectives.
  • To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • BBA / Bachelor's in Marketing from any reputed University.
  • MBA / Master's in Marketing from any reputed University.
  • 5-10 years of work experience
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
