Job Title: Senior Executive – Brand Communications (Marketing Department)

Location: GPEL Mohakhali Office

Reports To: Head of Marketing

Position Overview

GPEL is seeking a dynamic and driven
Senior Executive – Brand Communications
to lead our communication, content writing, and content planning efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller with a proven track record in brand communications, marketing campaigns, and digital strategy. Prior exposure to the EdTech or education consultancy sector will be considered a strong bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Communications & Strategy

-Develop and implement brand communication strategies to strengthen GPEL's positioning in the education and EdTech sector.

-Ensure consistent messaging across all channels (digital, print, PR, events).

-Plan and execute communication strategies for product launches, events, and campaigns.

Content Writing & Planning

-Write, edit, and proofread content for social media, website, blogs, press releases, presentations, newsletters, and promotional material.

-Create engaging scripts for video content, podcasts, and digital storytelling.

-Build monthly/quarterly content calendars aligned with marketing and sales goals.

Digital & Media Engagement

-Collaborate with the digital marketing team on media buying, campaign optimization, and analytics.

-Support influencer campaigns, brand awareness drives, and PR activations.

-Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring ROI on communication strategies.

Creative Collaboration

-Work closely with creative designers, video production teams, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.

-Brainstorm innovative ideas for campaigns targeting students, parents, and academic institutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

-Collaborate with academic counselors, partner universities, and external stakeholders to ensure communication supports business growth.

-Support leadership with speeches, event scripts, and brand representation.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

-Minimum 2/3years of proven experience in brand communications, content strategy, or marketing.

-Strong track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.

-Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

-Experience in scriptwriting and content development for multiple formats (digital, video, PR).

-Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

-Familiarity with EdTech or education consultancy industry is an added advantage.

-Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
