Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Quality Management at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC., located in the Gazipur District. The Head of Quality Management will oversee day-to-day quality control, implement quality auditing, and develop and maintain quality assurance strategies. They will also be responsible for leading the quality management initiatives and ensuring that all products meet the organization's standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Quality Auditing skills
  • Proficiency in Quality Management and Quality Assurance practices
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Relevant experience in quality management roles within the electrical, electronics, or home appliance industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Gazipur District
