Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an HR Manager based in the Gazipur District. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding. They will ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and workplace regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for training and development, fostering a positive work environment, managing payroll, and supporting organizational strategies to maintain a productive workforce.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
