With a specialized vision for denim and jeans, the company started its venture as a jeans manufacturer with 8 sewing lines and a laundry to meet the globally growing demand for denim garments. Since then, Jeans & Polo Ltd. has expanded to include a world-class in-house laundry section to fulfill its vision of excellence in denim manufacturing.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager located in Tongi. The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality assurance activities, ensuring that all products meet the required standards. This includes conducting quality audits, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with production teams to resolve any quality issues. The role also involves maintaining quality documentation and reporting any discrepancies to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and conducting quality audits
  • Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, particularly in denim/jeans production
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with different departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
  • Experience in a similar role in the garment industry is a plus
