Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Manager based in Gazipur District. The Inventory Manager will oversee inventory control processes, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient inventory management. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing inventory systems, conducting regular stock audits, supervising inventory staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role involves reporting inventory trends and collaborating with other teams to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven inventory optimization
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in ERP or inventory management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
