Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Gazipur. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring products meet the established quality standards through quality control and management. Daily tasks include conducting quality audits, following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, and collaborating with other departments to implement quality assurance processes. The specialist will also document and report any quality issues, oversee corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Skilled in conducting Quality Audits
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or production industry is a plus.
