Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Gazipur District. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure efficiency and productivity in assigned tasks. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, monitoring performance, conducting meetings, and providing support and guidance to staff. The role also involves tasks such as preparing reports, managing budgets, and handling administrative duties, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning and performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and operations management.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively.
  • At least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
