Tasks

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

  • Coordinate administrative support functions, ensuring efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

  • Develop and implement office management procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the IT department.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to manage employee onboarding processes, including equipment allocation and access management, to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and accounting, preferably within the IT or software development industry.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
