Tasks
Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
Coordinate administrative support functions, ensuring efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Develop and implement office management procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the IT department.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to manage employee onboarding processes, including equipment allocation and access management, to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management and accounting, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
