We're Hiring – Finance & Admin Officer
Munchies Dhaka is looking for a motivated
Admin & Finance Officer
to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Daily accounts & bookkeeping
- Vendor payments, bank reconciliation, VAT & tax compliance
- Payroll, HR & admin support
- Coordination with suppliers & head office
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business/CA (CC)
- 1–3 years' experience (F&B/Retail preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel / accounting software
- Strong organizational & communication skills
Financial Management
- Record and maintain all financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure VAT, tax, and franchise fee compliance.
- Manage vendor payments and bank reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
Administration & HR
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff record management.
- Handle franchise documentation, licenses, and compliance.
- Manage office operations, supplies, and external service providers.
- Stock Management
Location:
Dhaka
Salary:
BDT 30,000- 32,000.
