Job Context

bZm Graphics Ltd is currently looking for two candidates who are fluent in English, preferably those who come from English medium backgrounds or have prior experience working in international call centers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls or make outbound calls (tele-sales/telemarketing).
  • Explain ideas and information clearly to customers.
  • Send and reply to customer emails as needed.
  • Generate leads from different sources such as social media or websites.

Experience Requirement

  • 1 year of experience preferred, freshers welcome to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Familiarity with email systems and email etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic Knowledge of Canva is a big plus. (Not Required)
  • Good at web searching.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and must have 'CAN DO' Attitude.
