Area Sales Manager - Cold Chain Business
Job Description / Responsibility
Square Food & Beverage Limited

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Expand distribution within assigned territories, ensuring availability across GT, MT, HoReCa, and institutional channels.
- Monitor storage and transportation conditions to maintain product quality and shelf life.
- Supervise and guide TSO, FSO and Merchandiser to meet sales target.
- Execute promotional campaigns, merchandising programs, and in-store activations per company guidelines.
- Drive distributor compliance on stock levels, service quality, and route coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide actionable insights to management.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Relevant experience in supervisory role is required (Frozen Food / Ice Cream Industry is preferred).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
- Motorcycle driving skill & valid driving license required.
- Highly motivated to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
