We're now expanding our client portfolio and looking for a proactive
Business Development Executive
who can bring new business, build strong relationships, and represent Ads Pillar with confidence and clarity.
Job ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn), networking, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualified leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, niches, and high-potential industries.
Sales & Conversion
- Present Ads Pillar's services clearly to SMBs, founders, brand owners, and marketing teams.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pitch decks, and pricing packages.
- Close deals and achieve weekly/monthly acquisition targets.
Relationship Building
- Nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
- Maintain timely communication with prospects through CRM, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Strategic Input
- Gather insights from client meetings to improve service offerings and positioning.
- Work with the marketing team to refine Ads Pillar's content and outreach strategy.
- Represent the company in webinars, meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, creatives, content, funnels).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals confidently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
