Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Banani. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information about services, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves daily interaction with customers, ensuring a high level of service through phone, email, and face-to-face communication. Additional tasks include maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer accounts, and assisting in the improvement of service procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
