Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent role located in Motijheel Thana. The Customer Service Agent will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product and service information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer issues over phone, email, or in-person, maintaining customer records, and assisting in service improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle disputes and solve problems efficiently
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
