Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive (Call Centre) located in Mirpur. The Customer Service Executive will handle daily interactions with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering calls, responding to inquiries, providing support, managing customer feedback, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role requires efficient problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to effectively communicate
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Support
  • Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Service Management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
