Key responsibility:

· Receive all phone calls and will forward all incoming and outgoing calls as per desire of the caller.

· You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.

· Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.

· Should have good convincing skills.

· Should be able to maintain a client database.

· You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goals.

· Day to day planning and report management ability.

· Report in Computer MS Word, MS Excel.

Requirements:

· At least HSC Passed from any background.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Freshers are encouraged to apply.

· Excellent writing and communication skills in English (proficiency in Bangla is a plus).
