Core Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in Media buying and planning, startup experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in Digital Media Planning, strategy, and buying and campaign monitoring & reporting across Meta, Google, Tiktok programmatic and Local platforms.
  • Digital Media Analytics(Tool knowledge: GA4, Excel, Adjust, Looker Studio, Power BI)

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills(tool kit: MS PPT, MS Excel)
  • Excellent in data visualization
  • Attention to detail
  • Interests about discovering and learning new platforms and innovation
  • Project Management & crisis management

Good to have:

  • Life Cycle Marketing & Conversion Rate Optimization(CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Automation: Zapier, Task Management: Asana, CRO: Hotjar, Google Optimize, Email: Convert kit)
  • Previously managed a 1–2-member team of executives/interns.
  • Accustomed to communicating with clients about deliverables and maintain healthy client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Quarterly business reviews

  • Digital Guru Expert
  • Meta Blueprint Certified
