We're Hiring: Junior Associate – Content Marketing

Role Overview:

We seek a Junior Associate – Content Marketing to craft research-based content for digital and software audiences. The ideal candidate writes for tech brands, understands SaaS and B2B storytelling, and can turn technical ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:


• Create well-researched, SEO-optimized English content (blogs, case studies, product pages, newsletters, etc.).


• Translate technical topics into clear, engaging copy.


• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams for impactful storytelling.


• Conduct keyword research and plan content aligned with marketing goals.


• Analyze performance; optimize for engagement and conversion.


• Maintain brand voice and tone consistency.


• Stay updated on SEO trends and new content formats.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science.


• 1 year of relevant experience in content or marketing, preferably in software or SaaS.


• Excellent English writing, editing, and storytelling skills.


• Understanding of software products and digital marketing.


• Familiar with SEO, analytics (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CMS (WordPress).


• Strong research, time management, and collaboration skills.


• English content portfolio required.

Preferred:


• Experience in a tech startup or software firm.


• Knowledge of B2B/SaaS marketing, email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp), or developer content.


• Basic understanding of visual content (infographics, briefs, etc.).

Employment Details:


• Type: Full-time (On-site)


• Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sat–Thu)


• Location: Shyamoli, Dhaka


• Salary: BDT 15,000–22,000/month (based on skills & experience)
