Executive, Performance Marketing

The Role:
Shikho
is hiring a
Executive, Performance Marketing & Growth
to drive the execution of paid media and lifecycle marketing campaigns. We're looking for a thoughtful, confident self-starter who can help in growing Shikho's user base and keeping users engaged. You will work with paid ads and also with our customer engagement initiatives (push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and email) using CleverTap and other tools. You'll work closely with our Brand, Business Intelligence (BI), and Product teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Paid Media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads.
• Test audiences, messages, and other relevant factors to maximize what works.
• Keep clean tracking links (UTMs) and deep links so people land on the right screen in the app/web

platform.

• Customer Engagement & Lifecycle (CleverTap, SMS, Email)
• Build and run automated journeys that nudge users to register, start using features, and come back.
• Create and send push notifications and in-app messages in CleverTap.
• Run SMS campaigns and email campaigns.
• A/B test audience, messages and offers to maximize what improves results.
• Data, Tracking & Measurement
• Work with Product to check that events and parameters are firing correctly on app and web.
• Maintain a simple event list and naming rules; ensure deep links open the right app pages.
• Partner with BI to get the right customer lists and build meaningful segments.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and best practices.
• Collaboration & Project Management
• Brief the Brand team for creative assets (copy, images, short videos).
• Coordinate with BI and Product to keep data clean and events accurate.
• Own timelines, document what you execute on , and improve processes as you go.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduation in Marketing or relevant field from a reputed University.
• 2+ years in digital marketing or CRM/lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on with CleverTap (or a similar customer engagement tool such as Braze, MoEngage, WebEngage): building journeys, segments, and A/B tests.
• Experience running SMS and email campaigns.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar).
• Clear communication, strong organization, and ownership of deadlines.
• Experience with Meta/Google/TikTok ads beyond basics is a plus
• Comfort with Google Tag Manager and deep links is a plus
