Time Commitment:

15–20 hours/week (flexible with academic schedule)


Remuneration:

BDT 15,000–20,000/month (based on fit)

About the Role

This isn't a "post-and-go" marketing gig. As a Marketing Associate, you'll be in the driver's seat of how SpikeStory reaches, engages, and grows its audience. You'll work closely with our leadership to develop campaigns, optimize content distribution, and experiment with growth strategies that blend creativity with data.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Assist in email marketing, newsletter campaigns, and audience segmentation
  • Track and report on campaign performance, recommending optimization strategies

Content Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the content team to repurpose blogs, videos, and podcasts for different platforms
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and short-form content for reels & posts
  • Coordinate with design for marketing visuals and creatives

Community & Audience Growth

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community
  • Explore partnerships with influencers, media pages, and relevant communities
  • Support event marketing campaigns (online/offline)

What We're Looking For
Must-Haves

  • 3rd/4th year BBA/BBS or Communication/Marketing student
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing & content distribution
  • Strong writing skills in Bangla and English (short-form content especially)
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Workspace

Good-to-Haves

  • Experience in running paid ads (Meta, Google)
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and content analytics
  • Interest in storytelling, media, and creative industries

  • Data-curious — eager to measure and improve results
  • Reliable, self-driven, and collaborative
