The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven online marketing strategies that enhance Praava Health's brand presence, drive patient acquisition, and foster meaningful engagement. This role requires creativity, analytical expertise, and the ability to manage campaigns across SEO/SEM, paid social, and digital analytics to deliver measurable results and maximize ROI. 

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads,
  2. Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms to achieve growth targets.
  3. Manage the end-to-end process of digital campaigns, from planning and forecasting to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  4. Conduct thorough A/B testing (multivariate testing) on ad copies, landing pages, and user funnels to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  5. Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  6. Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, lead, awareness, and conversion campaigns on Meta platforms and on Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube networks, to maximize lead generation and cost- effectiveness.
  7. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Facebook Pixel, and other analytics tools.
  8. Familiar with CRM tools.
  9. Provide regular insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders on campaign trends, ROI, and opportunities for improvement.
  10. Forecast key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, CAC and, LTV.
  11. Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across channels for the highest return on ad spend (ROAS).
  12. Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management by collaborating with internal teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
  13. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure campaign assets, landing pages, and lead management processes are seamless and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience in managing social media channels and executing campaigns.

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4). and Meta Blueprint are preferred.
  • Proven expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and SEM.
  • Managing and optimizing large-scale Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other data visualization tools.
  • A/B Testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing marketing spend.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
