Position Overview:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online campaigns, creating engaging content, and helping us reach and convert SME audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Assist in content creation for social media, email, and website.
  • Manage social media pages — scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
  • Support in running paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare simple weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative and advisory teams for promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with clients for campaign execution and digital inquiries.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency/startup experience preferred).
  • Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and social media analytics tools.
  • Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English & Bangla.
  • Passion for working with SMEs and startups.
