The role will focus on integrating emerging creative tools, enhancing team capabilities, and building an internal ecosystem that drives tech-enabled creativity and efficiency.

1.     Drive creative technology integration across digital platforms, tools, and workflows to optimize creative output.

2.     Develop and strengthen team expertise in digital marketing and AI-driven creative production by coaching, training, and mentoring members, driving adoption of creative technologies, and building sustainable in-house capabilities.

3.     Introduce and integrate generative AI tools (e.g., LumaLab, RunwayML, Higgsfield, Veo3, HeyGen, MidJourney, ChatGPT) to enhance and scale video, image, and voice content production across creative projects.

4.     Oversee cross-functional operations, ensuring alignment across creative and strategy units for timely, high-impact campaign execution, while collaborating with design, production, and strategy teams to co-create innovative, technology-driven solutions.

5.     Act as a bridge between technology, creativity, and business goals, ensuring measurable impact.

6.     Maintain brand consistency across all digital campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with organizational goals and customer expectations.

7.     Identify emerging trends in digital marketing, AI, and creative production, and implement innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

8.     Develop scalable frameworks and processes to continuously evolve the
creative tech ecosystem
within the organization.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree from any reputed institution.

Experience Required: 6 to 7 years
