Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager(Corporate & B2B Sales & Marketing)

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and highly professional individual to join our team as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Corporate & B2B Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate must be proactive, target-driven, and capable of building strong connections with corporate clients, partners, and various organizations.

The role requires excellent planning skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute effective sales and marketing initiatives. Candidates with strong communication, wide networking capacity, and a passion for developing long-term professional relationships will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective Corporate & B2B sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new Corporate & B2B clients through networking, client visits, and relationship building.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing Corporate & B2B partners ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct Corporate & B2B marketing activities, including meetings, presentations, strategic campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, agreements, and impactful sales presentations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Professional training in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing, B2B Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Smart, energetic, professional appearance and attitude.
