Job Summary (Objective)
This position is responsible for manages the overall day-to-day CPC operations to ensure smooth functioning of the CPC department of Cash Services Division.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with group policies i.e. MSP and ROCC. Handling security and proper cash dual control policy/ procedures as per the company SOP.
  • Preparing monthly duty roster, duty schedule of direct employees and monitor CPC related bills & Administration side. Keep all transactions up to date in Google drive and maintain it accordingly.
  • Prepare all Sup-CPD duty schedules and make proper deployment in different operational locations. Maintaining the CPC interlocks system and keeps record of all CPC keys.
  • Monitor cash processing including fake checks and ATM count back process on daily basis. Ensure to deliver the ATM fit note as per ATM requisition and reject cash return to bank the next day.
  • Prepare and send a cash summary report on a daily basis. Monitor CPC Security Issues and process CPC related bills.
  • Monitor security seal register & Prepare daily security seal reconciliation report.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors for cash counting machines and fake detector machines.
  • Lead, develop and monitor officer and Sup-CPD's to achieve targeted cash sorting operation.

Educational Qualification & Competencies Required

  • Minimum Graduate
  • The ideal candidate will be well organized and self-driven
  • Must be computer literate and well conversant with MS Office/ Excel / PPT
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadline
  • Can do attitude
  • Require to work as per office timing of the designated work location, roster timing /shift duty or additional hours based on work requirements
