About the Role

As a
Holiday/Tour Consultant
, you will design and customize travel experiences, assist clients in planning their perfect getaways, and ensure seamless bookings. Your expertise will help travelers explore the world responsibly while making lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:


Trip Planning & Customization
– Tailor travel packages based on client preferences and budgets.


Customer Consultation
– Provide expert travel advice and personalized recommendations.


Booking & Coordination
– Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.


Visa & Travel Assistance
– Guide clients on visa applications, insurance, and travel documents.


Local Expertise
– Recommend sustainable tourism options and hidden eco-friendly gems.


Customer Support
– Handle inquiries, resolve travel issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
