Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday/Tour Consultant located in Dhaka. The Holiday/Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, providing excellent customer service, and offering travel consulting services to clients. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and arranging travel itineraries, providing detailed information about travel destinations, handling bookings and reservations, and assisting clients with their travel needs and queries.

Qualifications

  • Guided Tours and Travel Consulting skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in both English and Bengali is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
