Position Overview:

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused
female Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to manage both travel-related queries and student consultancy support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding tours, travel packages, and visa processing
  • Provide consultation and guidance to students for study abroad opportunities
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing travel and academic documents
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure a smooth service experience
  • Manage appointment schedules and client records efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal departments (visa processing, operations, marketing) to provide up-to-date information
  • Attend client meetings (in-person or virtual) as required
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and trustworthy tone while dealing with all clients

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English
  • Basic knowledge of travel and study abroad processes (training will be provided)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and social media communication
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple clients at once
